Langley's Show List
I love a good TV show. They allow me to travel through time and space and experience things I could never hope to in a hundred lifetimes!
My show list began as a personal tool to keep track of what I had or hadn’t seen. I then began sharing with friends and family who would ask for something to watch. With content seemingly EVERYWHERE, I hope you can use this to find some awesome gems you might have otherwise missed.

The shows are listed on the platform I watched them on.
Shows sometimes get pulled. I don’t go back and update. AIN’TNOBODYGOTTIMEFORTHAT!
I don’t list or review movies. 1-offs would make the list way too long. Also, I often find it harder to commit to a movie than a (much longer) series… anyone else suffer from the same crazy logic?!
I do enjoy movies, though. I stocked VHS tapes at Blockbuster through high school and into college. Maybe that’s the root of this madness!
I don’t list or review comedy specials. Taste in comedians is so specific, and often too hard to explain or rate.
Plus I don’t need anyone cancelling me because an older special didn’t age well, or they had a few jokes that made me cringe and overall I enjoyed the rest of the material.
Unless there is a BIG swing, I don’t change reviews for subsequent seasons. Sometimes I’ll comment in the notes if things go downhill.
You won’t see many C rated shows, because at the end of the day, this list is for ME, and I don’t want to spend time continuing to watch shows I don’t enjoy.
With that being said, I will give a show 3 full episodes before I bail… maybe I’ll publish that list eventually.
I do have a life. I get outdoors. I have a day job.
Best times to binge? weekend projects (organizing, cleaning, ikea assembly, etc.), during a workout, & the sweet spot: the time between kids bedtime and adult bedtime - Although it’s easy for ‘just one more’ to keep you up until 3am!

These are NOT just britbox shows. This list has multi-platform British shows. I’ve tried to note if they’re old/classic British shows or contemporary shows. I’m sometimes not in the mood for a period piece! If you haven’t gotten into English television, you’re really missing out - if it is the accent or slang holding you back, turn on closed captioning!
