You can’t go wrong with the 6qt. The 8qt gives the benefit of more volume and stacked meals, but takes longer to come to pressure. This 6qt is my most used pot.

DON’T BE HIT BY THE SMELL

I have this set and use the blue for baked goods and the red for meats. Keeps my banana bread from smelling like fajita meat!
